What data we process: what you provide in the form or by email: your property’s website or name, email address and, if you provide them, name, phone number and message.
What we use it for: solely to answer your enquiry, to create the concept and, if you request it, to provide a quote. We do not send newsletters, and we do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for advertising purposes.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) or, in the case of a quote request, steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw your consent at any time with a single email.
How long we keep it: for a maximum of 2 years from the closing of the enquiry or, if you request it earlier, until your erasure request. If we enter into a business relationship, data related to the contract is kept for the period required by accounting legislation.
Data processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, receiving and storing form submissions), Resend, Inc. (delivery of form notification emails), Zoho Corporation (email service) and Calendly LLC (online appointment booking).
Cookies: the website does not use cookies and does not track visitors. Fonts are loaded from its own hosting, so no data is passed to third parties when you visit.
Your rights: you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of its processing, and you can object to its processing; a single email is enough. You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu).
